Sahaja Retreats – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your booking. By submitting payment, you confirm that all booking details are correct and that you fully accept the terms below. We cannot take responsibility for inaccuracies once payment has been made.

1. Payments & Refund Policy : All payments are strictly non-refundable, except in the case of Instructor Cancellation (see Term 12).
This includes all cancellations related to health, travel, governmental, or other issues, such as but not limited to: flight delays or cancellations, illness, quarantine, lockdowns, border closures, testing requirements, or changes in travel regulations.

2. Health & Medical Responsibility: If you have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns, you are responsible for consulting a doctor before joining the retreat to ensure you are fit to participate.

3. Program & Instructor Changes: In the event of teacher cancellations or other circumstances beyond our control, Sahaja Retreats reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, program, or instructors.
We will offer suitable alternative arrangements; however, we cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred, including airfare, accommodation, or travel adjustments.

4. Discounts: Occasional promotions or last-minute discounts may be offered. These do not entitle previously booked guests to retroactive price adjustments or refunds.

5. Liability: Sahaja Retreats accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury, or illness that occurs during your stay, nor for any travel costs to or from the retreat location.

6. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellation, injury, illness, lost luggage, and repatriation.

7. Travel Documents & Health Requirements: Guests are responsible for ensuring they have: a valid passport, any required visas, any necessary vaccinations or medical documentation. Sahaja Retreats is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete travel requirements.

8. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Offensive, illegal, dangerous, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without compensation or refund.

9. Travel Arrangements: Sahaja Retreats does not arrange or take responsibility for flights, trains, or any other transportation.
Guests must independently organise their travel and provide us with accurate arrival information.

10. Privacy: Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
We may contact you occasionally with updates, promotions, or retreat information. You may opt out at any time.

11. Intellectual Property: All content on the Sahaja Retreats website—including photos, text, and materials—is protected by copyright.
It may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any purpose without written permission.

12. Instructor Cancellation: If the instructor(s) must cancel the retreat for any reason— including illness, medical issues, weather events, natural disasters, travel delays, or personal emergencies—you will receive a full refund of the retreat fee.
However, flights, transportation, and any other travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to avoid financial loss.
